Participants will connect with each other and share their experiences while exploring six different roles and responsibilities to empower youth voice and leadership.
9:30 Youth Advocates for Community Health 101-
Guest Presenter-Jen Braun UW Madison Division of Extension Health Equity Specialist
Participants will receive an overview of the Youth Advocates for Community Health (YACH) initiative. YACH creates youth-adult partnerships that allow youth to lead and generate energy among their peers (and adults) to improve the health of their community in ways that matter to them.

Participants will develop strategies for creating and sustaining coalition support for Youth voice and policy, systems, and environmental change efforts (PSE)

Participants will develop strategies for engaging youth during meeting times, including classroom management tools and working through challenging dynamics
